      2. With all do respect, Chris does not even looks like he lifts. Maybe that is not a very good picture? He looks like a hungry runway model, not a ripped fitness model…or perhaps he looks like an ectomorph who has not trained before…i’m not quite sure what to make of it, but if he gives advice on gaining muscle it will be very difficult to follow when it does not appear he has practiced this himself. Best of luck though to the both of you, I look forward to the next podcast.

        • You’re right in in everything you said.

          I don’t lift. I train bodyweight. I make a living as a fashion model, so it would make sense that I look like one and not a fitness model. Though I can also guarantee that I am stronger than most fitness models and “guys who lift.”

          I’ll upload a video doing 15 muscle-ups to prove it.

          Because that’s the approach I choose to take and to teach others about. Not weightlifting.

          I’m also going to make no effort to give information on muscle gain – I’ll let Greg handle that. Even though I do gain muscle easily and quickly… because I know how to. Thanks for the feedback and the well-wishes too :)
