Many people have a lot of trouble gaining strength on a diet – so we are here to point out what you’re doing wrong and how to fix it.
The main things you need to do to build strength while getting lean are:
1. Don’t train fatigued
2. Don’t train two days in a row
3. Don’t do forced reps
4. Leave room to grow
5. Rotate exercises
6. Don’t do too much leg work in a week
